I designed DYNABAR with safety in mind and on V7 I tried to improve it.
V7 has a QR system (the one connected to the red ball) to release the dyneema slider (the one in the middle of the design) the hook slides on, if you pull it the hook goes away with the CL.
This option requires you detach DYNABAR bungee from the hook (the black one on top of the main slider).
If you attach the kite bungee leash to the same dyneema then you detach it too!
I designed an additional dyneema slider (the one below the main slider) with QR on the other side of the DYNABAR and release it when necessary.
In this case you have one QR right and one left. Another option is to connect the QR to both dyneema sliders and release both when you pull it.
QR on your DYNABAR is also easy to find when you are rolled in a big wave.
DYNABAR with dyneema slider sounds odd but it is really nice to ride: very smooth, predictable and usable by beginners and experts.
